Custom Charge

There have been some issues where a voucher includes Free Delivery but a Custom charge has been requested by the delivery company.

You will need to open a customer service ticket with the merchant using the link below to discuss this directly with them

You'll need your voucher and redemption code to do this.

Your voucher will be in the used section of My Vouchers as it has been redeemed by the merchant.

We'll be keeping an eye on things to ensure your issue is resolved by the merchant.
